Hook-and-Loop Fastener Swatch for Safepacker

A dummy swatch of loop pile (fuzzy) fastener to cover the hook (prickly) fastener on the inside of the Safepacker's wraparound belt loop. Protects pack belts made of softer material and prevents abrasion and fraying.
