Dummy Velcro swatch for Safepacker

A dummy swatch of loop (fuzzy) Velcro to cover the hook (prickly) Velcro on the inside of the Safepacker's wraparound belt loop. Protects pack belts made of softer material and prevents abrasion and fraying.
