Refunds and Returns

No returns or exchanges on discontinued items, used, custom made, special order, or altered items, including belts sized 44" and larger or 29" and smaller.

Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase, in unused condition, with original product tag, instructions, and receipt.

  • Please call for return authorization and shipping instructions.
  • Authorizations and RMA#s can not be issued via e-mail.

Items without a return authorization number (RA#) will be refused or returned to the sender at the sender's expense. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.

Non-direct orders must be exchanged with the retailing dealer

Shipping Times

E-commerce and phone orders are processed daily, Monday-Friday. We try to ship orders as promptly as possible. Many of our products are custom-made for you when you order and are not always in stock. Products usually ship in 5-7 business days. Please call for special rush orders.

While backorders are rare, when items are out of stock we usually hold shipment. Orders are shipped complete unless otherwise requested, in which case additional shipping charges may apply due to multiple shipments. We try to stay on top of this and contact customers with their options.

We are a great source for gift orders, and have gift certificates that are perfect for all occasions. Please call.

Specific measurements are required for certain equipment. Please be as accurate as possible in your own measurements to ensure a perfect and comfortable fit.

Ordering Options

APO/FPO E-Commerce Orders

Please note that we only ship APO/FPO orders in batches every two weeks, so there may be a brief delay in shipment.

Our e-commerce system does not yet understand APO/FPO addresses. However, we have developed a round-about system for processing them (sorry for the inconvenience, we are currently working on a better solution).

Please place your order as usual, but on checkout:

  • Use our retail store address as your shipping address
    (this way there can be no shipping errors):

  • In the company name field type "APO/FPO order."
  • In the comments field enter your actual APO address. Obviously, ignore the shipping total shown. The average USPS APO shipping for a belt or sling to the OEF (Afghan)/OIF (Iraq/Kuwait) theaters is $15.00.

We are located in Phoenix, Arizona. If you live locally, please feel free to call in orders for later pickup. We are open 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. weekdays, closed weekends, usually closed holidays.

Shipping and Handling

  • UPS requires a regular mailing address and will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • Please include a complete address to prevent delivery failures, including any suite numbers or office names.
  • Additional charges may be added for oversize packages.
  • Recipient's telephone number is required with order.
  • We ship UPS Ground as standard, but can ship using other options such as 2nd Day and 3rd Day. Please note, "Ground" shipping is now available to Alaska or Hawaii.

Last Minute Shipping

While we make every effort to ship special last minute requests, we cannot guarantee our shipping times. We have no control over UPS, FedEx or USPS shipping after it leaves our facility and can accept no responsibility for shipments that take longer than hoped. Expedited shipping can be very expensive and there is often a misunderstanding that the day of shipment is not included in the shipping services' 3-Day, 2nd Day or Next Day estimates.

Our advice: If you think you are probably too late ordering, you probably are.

Shipping Rates

We have recently moved to a Table Rate option for most shipping. This charges a specific amount based upon the order total. Orders ship UPS Ground. This option is for domestic shipping in the lower 48 states ONLY. Canadian and Alaskan orders must choose one of the UPS shipping options; Hawaii and Puerto Rico must use a UPS Air option.

Shipping estimates shown for other options on e-commerce are just that: estimates. While generally reasonably accurate, they are sometimes in error. We have no control over their accuracy as these estimates come from the shipping companys. When a significant difference occurs between estimated and actual rates, you will be contacted for approval of the actual rate.

Our shipping and handling rates reflect a very modest handling and packaging fee, but are largely the actual UPS rate. We agree that this can sometimes seem high, but increasing fuel and labor costs have driven rates up.

USPS

We do not offer USPS shipping on regular orders. We have had numerous packages lost with no tracking ability or hope of retrieval. USPS is only an option for APO/FPO orders because there is no other choice.

International Orders

We are not accepting international orders at this time. Many of our products are military in nature and restricted from export by ITAR regulations, even to our friends in Canada, the U.K., Australia and New Zealand who have been great customers. World events have forced many unwelcome changes, but we hope that the future course of events will result in an easing of these restrictions.
