APO/FPO Military Shipping

We can now ship USPS Prioroty to APO/FPO addresses.

General Shipping Info

We ship USPS Priority Mail when using our standard Table Rate shipping option, with UPS for alternative shipping options.

  • Please include a complete address to prevent delivery failures, including any suite numbers or office names.
  • Additional charges may be added for oversize packages.
  • Recipient's telephone number is required with order.
  • We can now ship to Alaska or Hawaii via USPS Priority.

Last Minute Shipping

While we make every effort to ship special last minute requests, we cannot guarantee our shipping times. We have no control over UPS or USPS Priority shipping after it leaves our facility and can accept no responsibility for shipments that take longer than hoped. Expedited shipping can be very expensive and there is often a misunderstanding that the day of shipment is not included in the shipping services' 3-Day, 2nd Day or Next Day estimates.

Our advice: If you think you are probably too late ordering, you probably are.

Shipping Rates

We have moved to a Table Rate option for most shipping. This charges a specific amount based upon the order total. Some items are adjusted to add or subtract shipping based upon their unusual weight or bulk. Orders ship USPS Priority Mail. This includes orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

Shipping estimates shown for other options on e-commerce are just that: estimates. While generally reasonably accurate, we find they are sometimes in error – often to our detriment. We have no control over their accuracy as these estimates come from the shipping companys. When a significant difference occurs between estimated and actual rates, you will be contacted for approval of the actual rate.

Our shipping and handling rates reflect a very modest handling and packaging fee, but are largely the actual shipping rate. We agree that this can sometimes seem high, but increasing fuel and labor costs have driven rates up.

International Orders

We are happy to accept international orders. However, many of our products are military in nature and restricted from export by ITAR regulations, even to our friends in Canada, the U.K., Australia and New Zealand who have been great customers. World events have forced many unwelcome changes, but we hope that the future course of events will result in an easing of these restrictions. We WILL NOT ship any weapon-related products out of the country, including slings, holsters, weaponlights, or any other item restricted under ITAR.

Please be aware that international shipping rates are very high. We have no control over this.

Returns and Exchanges

No returns or exchanges on discontinued items, used, custom made, special order, or altered items, including belts sized 46" and larger or 32" and smaller. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of purchase, in unused condition, with original product tag, instructions, and receipt. Some returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All returns and exchanges are currently arranged through e-mail, not by phone. Please click here to contact us to set up a Return Authorization and include your name, order number, and detail your return/exchange request.

Items without a return authorization number (RA#) will be refused or returned to the sender at the sender's expense. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. Non-direct orders must be exchanged with the retailing dealer
