The Safepacker Runner's Pack is essentially a Packer Backer with bottle bags. It has two standard Nalgene-size bottle bags with hook-and-loop straps, which are now padded to protect and insulate your bottles. And, of course, there is room to attach your *Safepacker (available separately) without it jostling around.
Hydration? Yep. Protection? You bet. Right where it's handy if needed, but low-profile enough to go unnoticed.
